Terms of Use
The rules for using Business AI Club content, pages, and services.
These Terms of Use describe how visitors, registrants, and customers may access and use BAC pages, training content, webinar registrations, and related business AI services.
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Business AI Club website, BAC webinar registration pages, downloadable materials, community experiences, offers, memberships, and related services that reference these terms. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms and to any additional rules or disclosures presented in connection with a specific product or service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the site or related BAC services.
Eligibility and business use
BAC is intended for adult users and business-oriented audiences. By using the site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that any information you provide is accurate and current.
If you use the website or services on behalf of a company, team, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Permitted use of the site
You may use BAC content and services only for lawful, authorized, and commercially reasonable purposes. You may not use the website to interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas, reverse engineer restricted systems, upload malicious code, or violate the rights of BAC, other users, or third parties.
You may not copy, republish, distribute, publicly display, resell, or exploit BAC materials except as expressly permitted in writing or as clearly allowed inside a purchased or granted license.
Accounts, registrations, and purchases
Certain BAC features may require registration, scheduling, payment, or account-based access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account or registration details.
If BAC offers paid products, memberships, masterminds, coaching, or events, additional commercial terms, checkout conditions, refund policies, and program-specific rules may apply. In the event of a conflict, the more specific offer-level terms govern for that purchase or program.
Intellectual property and license limits
The BAC website, brand assets, design, copy, training frameworks, recordings, templates, graphics, downloads, videos, and related content are owned by or licensed to Business AI Club and are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws.
Unless a narrower license is expressly granted, BAC gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for your own internal evaluation, learning, and lawful business use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
User submissions and feedback
If you submit comments, questions, testimonials, suggestions, feedback, implementation details, or other materials to BAC, you grant BAC a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content to operate services, improve offers, and market BAC, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
You represent that you have the right to submit any material you provide and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
No guarantees; educational nature of the service
BAC provides educational, informational, and implementation-oriented resources for business operators. Unless BAC expressly states otherwise in a specific written agreement, we do not guarantee any particular business outcome, revenue level, lead volume, operational result, or timeline.
Any examples, case studies, or scenarios are intended to illustrate possibilities, not to promise or assure that you will achieve similar results.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the BAC website and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. BAC disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAC and its founders, team members, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising out of or related to the site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where the law does not allow certain limitations, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In any event, BAC's aggregate liability for claims arising from the site or services will be limited to the amount you paid to BAC for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no purchase was made, to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party services and links
BAC may link to or integrate with third-party platforms, tools, payment processors, scheduling systems, analytics tools, webinar systems, or community platforms. BAC is not responsible for the content, policies, uptime, or practices of those third parties.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices, and you are responsible for reviewing them before use.
Termination and updates
BAC may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the site or services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe a user has violated these terms, created risk, misused BAC content, or interfered with operations.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
